5. SHIPPING

delivery details. Risk of loss passes to you upon
delivery by our logistics provider.
Teal is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries

All items are quality checked before dispatch. If you
receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately

6. RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase, Teal will process a refund within fourteen
(14) days of delivery, provided the item is returned
in new, unused condition with original packaging and
tags attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not
be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swimwear must be
tried over underwear with the protective strip in
place. Returns will not be accepted if the strip has
been removed or if items are soiled.
Card refunds may take up to 30 business days depending
on your bank's processing time. Teal is not liable for
delays caused by card issuers.
